Appointment requests submitted via website forms, WhatsApp messages, or telephone calls are subject to doctor availability and confirmation. A submitted form request does not constitute an automatically confirmed appointment until acknowledged by our clinic reception.

Teleconsultation has inherent clinical limitations without physical palpation and examination.
